Join a fast-paced restoration team helping homeowners and businesses get back on their feet after water, fire, and other property damage.
No restoration experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person. If you’re dependable, hands-on, willing to learn, and ready to work, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to homes and businesses affected by water and fire damage
- Help with cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
- Use professional equipment and learn industry techniques
- Work alongside experienced technicians and learn on the job
- Communicate with customers and help them through stressful situations
- Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and professionally
THIS IS MORE THAN AN ENTRY-LEVEL JOB
Start with the basics. Master the skills. Take on more responsibility. Move up.
As you gain experience, you can advance into higher-level technician, crew leadership, project management, and other opportunities within the restoration industry.

Experience in construction, remodeling, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, moving, or other hands-on work is a plus—but not required.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

We work hard, have integrity, are trustworthy and we like to have a little fun on the go and in transition times! We sometimes work long hours, and sometimes the conditions are less than ideal due to the nature of our business. But, we are a team! Keeping equipment cleaned and sanitized, trucks clean and in working order, as well as warehouse maintenance/management, strong customer service skills and the ability to work with and in customers homes and with your team mates are things that are a must!
